Nowadays,we know a smoking-related illness claim more American lives than alcohol,car accidents,suicide,AIDS,homicide and illegal drugs combined.There ara many dangers of smoking to the body,to immediate family,to the society.to environment and to economy.More than chemical additives are found in cigarettes.While,some of them are classified as toxic.Besides that,One of the main dangers of smoking is due to Nicotine.Nicotine is found naturally in tobacco.However,both physically and psychologically addictive.The nicotine raises both the rate and blood pressure.On the other hand,There are other danger of smoking as well.The tar from tobacco smoke start to accumulate on the bronchial tubes leading to the lungs.One more of dangers of smoking are carbon monoxide.Then,Smoking is the one of the
Main cause of death every year.Smoking causes number of smoke related diseased such as lung cancer.Other dangers of smoking it also leads to air pollution due to the constant release of carbon monoxide in the proximate vicinity.Presently,the insurance companies are charging more premium for smokers.This means less social security benefits.In fact,The people can life be lifestyle healthy without smoke.

In my opinion,There are have ways how of women to diet and get healthy lifestyle.It have a step to get a good result to diet.Firstly,it really keeps thing simple and takes away the guesswork of counting calories.It’s almost impossible not to lose weight will feel great while dropping the pounds.Besides,The biggest problem with most diets is that they are too stric.we have to allow ourself some breathing room,or most of us lose our willpower quickly.Ans the Other hand,for women don’t forget to exercise.The book includes a great series of exercise that can be done at home.Finally,the only way to get results is to give it an effort.A Positive attitude goes a long way and self-defeating outlook ends up in self defeat.Therefore,The women can make life happily with have a planing in diet.
