ARTICLE 7 : SMOKING ARE DANGEROUS AND AFFECTS TO SMOKERS

The article told me about smoking is factor has effects to health will become someone lost of protein. Smoking is bad culture since a few years ago and it is bad for health. Protein very important to more mature our body and our brain . Thus , protein are helps improve DNA damage . The article was interest me . It was presented something very important and I must to know . I startle of smoking problem . It can bring someone to death . It is very dangerous . As I knew , many effects of smoking . A effect of smoking is heart problem or heart diseases. The problem is common matter for smokers , but don’t forget , health very important than property . Hence ,other effects are smokers have atherosclerotic diseases and cancer .Smokers normally at age 30 above . Students should not smoking because they still young. It is not good for health and became problem of their education . Therefore , other effect are cells in their brain and their body became frail . I have suggestion to government , community , and , ourselves . I hope our government powerful to abolish sale and purchase of cigarettes . Besides that ,community must have responsibility to support the government solve the problem . Hence , we cannot buy cigarettes to safe our life . As a conclusion , smoking are very dangerous and many effects to our health .

ARTICLE 8 : HEART ATTACKS ARE DANGEROUS PROBLEM

The information told me about most of people have heart attacks and causes of the problem . As I knew , health very important to people . Someone cannot works and study with better if painful. I interest the article because it presented about something simple or habitual but many information . I think many factors or causes of heart attacks . A cause of the problem is abnormal cholesterol . Someone eat more foods cointaining much fat . They look fat will become obesity problem . They not follow suit of hierarchy to diet . Thus , other cause is eating too few fruits and vegetables . Fruits and vegetables are vitamins to our body . We should eat fruits or vegetables everyday . We can strong and healthy . Although , heart attacks can solvable .Someone should to diet and exercise everyday .As a conclusion , heart attacks have many causes and have solution .
