EXERCISE CAN HELP CUT COLON CANCER

From this article, I found another benefit of exercise, that is ; it can help cut colon cancer risk. It is good if all of us realize that exercise is very good for us to practicable it even just on our holiday. Some of us know the advantages of exercise but still not doing it and give the reasons to get an excuse. All types of physical activity are exercise, weather that activity was recreational, such as jogging, biking or swimming, or job related, such as walking, lifting or digging. So, it should be no reason to avoid ourselves from doing the exercise.

In this problem, all parties have their liability. Government can do the big healthy campaign in order to open the eyes of all folks and encourage them to do the exercise. For the parent, they can teach their children on how important an exercise in our life since they are still young. I wish, we will be a healthy Malaysian and have a long life together.

Nowadays, people consuming too much sugar. They take wrong types of food and drink, which contain more of sugar everyday. Obesity and diabetes are another effect that caused by consuming too much sugar. So, we have to change our lifestyle to become healthy lifestyle. Take the types of food that our body needed like wheat, rice and bread and eliminate the useless junk food. As a result, we will found that the quality of our life is depend on our healthy.
