SODA: LIQUID CANDY & THE OPPRESSION OF OUR HEALTH
Soda is the liquid candy which is one of the supreme contributors to the poor health and obesity facing Americans. The most prominent effect of soda on our health is its link to weight gain and obesity. Liquid calories pass through the stomach more quickly than food so that it calories aren't going to make we as full as eating the same amount in food. Soda also fails to suppress the production of ghrelin, a hormone made by the stomach that stimulates appetite. It is also can cause diabetes, tooth decay, osteoporosis, and bone decay by interfering with the body's ability to absorb calcium.
So, soda is bad for us. So, we have to change from unhealthy addiction to a healthy gratitude.

HEALTHY LIVING 'CAN ADD 14 YEARS'
Taking exercise, not drinking too much alcohol, eating enough fruit and vegetables and not smoking can add up to 14 years to your life, a study. The research by Professor Kay Tee Khaw said that the people not smoking and do exercises can have an impact upon longevity. He also found that social class and body mass index not really did not have a role to play. Its means a large proportion of the population really could feel health benefits through moderate changes. The research found that those with serious conditions fared better the higher they scored than those who scored lower. Everyone has responsibility for their own health. We have to change their diet that will have a direct impact on their health. Conclusion, by not smoking, drinking alcohol in moderation, taking regular physical activity and eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, people can improve their chances of living longer.
