Diet and exercise could cancer by take a better nutrition, jogging or obesity controls. For smokers, the best way to cut cancer is stop smoking. They can take another thing such as eat chewing gum or sweet as replacement to cigarette. They must do exercise continuous to cut a cancer. In this case, the government should hold more campaign especially health campaign and health lifestyle. That will give more spirit to people to take care of themselves. The campaign can make people aware about their health. Besides that, the awareness must come from the individual first. If government done everything to help them but they don’t want to help themselves, that is useless.
ARTHRITIC HEART PATIENTS FEAR EXERCISE

The researchers in US government said that patients with arthritic and heart disease may be afraid to get the exercise they need to improve their health. They may be afraid or ensure about which activities are safe and worry the activities will aggravate their heart problem. Actually, this problem should not be happen because they can refer to the doctors about the suitable activities that they can do. When they do regular physical activity, it can help them to get more active and better in their condition. Usually, the doctors will give their patients advice about the exercise. So, it depends to patients to do exercise or not. Patients must know that any exercise that suggest by doctor is good for their health.
