MEXICO TO FINGERPRINT PHONE USERS IN CRIME FIGHT
Every year there are hundreds people kidnapped in Mexico. As a good action, Mexico will start a national register of mobile phone users and fingerprinting all customers. The action is to catch criminals who use the phone to extort money and negotiate kidnapping ransoms. The user’s information and calls are private and it only available with court approval to track criminals. Some people are unsatisfied with the new law because it will arise more bureaucracy for operators. It’s no aid from the government to make it good. In my opinion, the government should provide funding to aid the law go on efficiently.
VIDEOGAMES SEEN GOOD FOR CHILDREN
Nowadays, a videogame is the most popular game in the world. People always say that videogames have no advantages, it’s only wasting time and money. Actually, the videogames can give advantages if every people choose a good game. The videogames seen good for children because it can encourage creativity and cooperation among them. Someone will learn many thing and skills like strategic reflection, creativity, cooperation and sense of innovation with playing videogames. According to the study by the Europe Parliament Committee, videogames have many benefits and no definitive link to violent behavior. We know some games can stimulate to violent behavior but we can choose wisely to avoid it. Parents can control and scout their children while they are playing. As a conclusion, we can see the advantages of videogames among children which is important to their future.
